Linear V Guide Wheels areare linear guide bearings which consist of both an external and internal 90-degree vee angle. The vee groove guide wheel is made with a double row angular contact ball bearing for excellent load capability and long service life. Vee bearing guide wheels are available in AISI 52100 carbon steel or AISI 440C stainless steel from stock. Options for protection include rubber seals, metal shields, or a seal/shield combination to meet specific application needs for operation in various types of contamination. Special DualVee guide wheel versions are available for cleanroom, debris-laden environments, low temperature and high temperature applications, high pressure fluid washdown, and vacuum applications. The guide wheels are internally lubricated for life, but customer specific lubricants can also be used upon request. These linear guide bearings are ideal for very long length applications in harsh, debris-laden environments and they provide very high load capacities. Use them to create very smooth guided motion that is quiet and durable.

1. Bore ID tolerance is +0-0.008, except W4L.
2. W4L Bore ID tolerance is +0-0.01.
3. Width tolerance is +0-0.12.
4. Clean Room Compatible – All stainless steel components can be internally lubricated with Krytox GPL 227.
5. High Temperature Compatible – Heat stabilized components allow for operating temperatures to 260°C.
